Shipping Policy Swaagatham.com offers shipping to all states within India. We currently don't offer shipping outside India. Shipping rates are calculated based on the cart value and destination. We offer free shipping for orders over Rs.2000. We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely and secure manner. Processing Time All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping Time Shipping time varies depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times are as follows: South Zone : 5-7 business days Rest of India: 7-10 business days Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, weather conditions and other factors beyond our control. Customs, Duties and Taxes: Swaagatham.com doesn’t ship outside India. For any overseas shipment please contact customer service they will be able to arrange a shipment. But the recipient is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Swaagatham.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; the recipient should contact their local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Customs, duties and taxes may be collected from the recipient by the carrier after paying it to the local customs office on recipient's behalf.
